The experience included a fine tree-top walk and easy access to beautiful lakes for swimming, made for nice family activities. Modern room design and nearby skateboard facilities added to the enjoyment. Communication issues arose, especially regarding the forgotten jacket incident, and the cleaning charge confusion was unnecessary. While dining options were decent, expanding choices would enhance the overall experience.

The building is modern and the rooms are nice modern and fashionable with the bedroom, eneough space, minimal interior with nice. The hotel's location is stunning and the staff are amiable and helpful.

Beautiful apartments

I appreciated having breakfast at the cafe. The location was brilliant fortunate to be here for the Saturday Summer markets which were lovely. What's more, it was just off three lower / cheaper restaurants.

Their staff were exceptionally busy.

A balance of wins and fails

Great location right by the gondola with well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The vibe at the cafe was charming, perfect for morning gatherings.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi service was frustrating while the limited cleaning options and added costs for amenities hindered the overall experience.

Had a boss time, la! The kitchen was fully stocked, made cooking meals a doddle. But, could do with more info on recycling around, bit of a faff that.

The apartment was spacious with all modern appliances, and the ski locker made getting to the slopes easy! Also loved the nearby hiking options and snowpark.

The kids had a blast at the Hubertus Archery Park, where they got to try their hands at archery. We also enjoyed the outdoor activities offered, like the treetop walk that keeps everyone entertained with slides and fun tracks. The spacious four-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family.

In my wife's opinion, especially for families with children.

The rooms are quiet, with comfy pillows and a bathroom that feels like a spa, complete with a steam switch. The waste water is treated at the sagogn plant, a cool eco-friendly touch.

My superior apartment was spacious, with a large window that offered fine views of the mountains. The modern kitchen was well-equipped. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from my room.

The limited dining options on-site could be improved.

Convenient location, we were lucky to be in town for the charming Saturday Summer markets 🌞. During a quick visit, we stopped by Burgers nearby.

The spacious two-bedroom unit was impressive and offered good value for its size, also featuring a secure safe.
